Real Estate Simulator

We have entered into a working arrangement with Upward Motion that gives you an opportunity to take a real estate aptitude test through us, free of charge that will give you a "feel" of whether you are suited for a career in real estate sales.

The test is divied into three areas:

1. The first is a video simulation with customers. Are you a good communicator? Are you a good listener? Do you have experience with closing skills? Are you good at building a rapport with strangers? You are presented with actual customers who pose real life scenarios. As it progresses, the video stops and presents you with four multiple choice answers from which to select.

2. The second part is a cognitive ability test. There is a twelve minute time limit here. It tests your problem solving abilities, your ability to process information, and learning new concepts.

3. The third part part is personality profile. Probably the most important part of the test, it tests your personality for extraversion and assertiveness, conscientiousness, and emotional resilience. There are approximately 60 questions where you rate yourself on a "Strongly Agree" to "Strongly Disagree" scale.
